How do I add professional development hours I earned before I joined The Ippy Dippy?
No problem — you’ve got two options:

• You can log each event individually, adding the details for each one.

• Or you can create one record that totals your previous hours, and upload one document with all your old records as proof.

 

What if my professional development needs to be pre-approved?
Starting July 2025, The Ippy Dippy will offer eIPDPs (electronic Individual Professional Development Plans).
Our system uses AI to deliver a custom feed of PD opportunities that match your plan — no more needing to get things pre-approved!

 

How do LPDCs or other groups review and approve credits?
Governing teams can easily see a running list of credits by heading to the “Credits” section in the menu.
Plus, starting July 2025, The Ippy Dippy will introduce Fidelity Scores to show how closely users are sticking to their development plans — making it even easier for reviewers to approve submissions.

 

How much does The Ippy Dippy cost?
It’s $5 per person per month.
