Every day, educators and students engage with videos, podcasts, articles, books, and real-world experiences to deepen their knowledge and sharpen their skills. Much of this learning is substantive and transformative, yet it often goes undocumented, unverified, and unrecognized. That gap is where The Ippy Dippy operates. Our educator-led team curates high-quality learning content and provides a clear framework to validate engagement with approved books, articles, podcasts, videos, and experiential learning. Whether learning is formal or informal, it can be documented, verified, and carried forward in a single transparent record that reflects the full picture of growth. Our curated library expands daily to stay current, relevant, and rigorous. We operate worldwide with active teams in Cleveland, Ohio; Mumbai, India; and San Juan, Puerto Rico. While our platform serves a global audience, we have a growing presence across the United States, India, and Puerto Rico. Strategic expansion into Latin America and Africa is underway as we continue building a truly international learning infrastructure designed to empower educators, students, and lifelong learners everywhere.

Founder and CEO
Seamus O'Hara, M.Ed., is a teacher, principal, licensed superintendent, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner who has dedicated his career to helping others grow. He has taught students from Pre-K through 12th grade, led schools serving the same age range, and spent years supporting educators through professional development and licensure. Before returning to education leadership, Seamus performed stand-up comedy in New York City, an experience that shaped his engaging leadership style and belief that learning should inspire curiosity, connection, and joy.
